The school fee covers 12 calendar months and may be paid in bi-monthly installments. No reduction is provided for holidays or partial attendance. Students are required to pay the full fee as long as their names remain officially on the rolls. The fee may be increased annually based on the inflation rate, as determined by the Managing Committee. Ordinarily, there will be a 10% to 15% increase each year as per DAVCMC / Government rules.

All student dues must be cleared before any examination; otherwise, the student may not be permitted to appear for the Annual Board Examination. Parents are advised to request and retain receipts of all payments for the entire academic session.
